Salary: $151k-$128k (depending on experience) Location: Office-based (North Shore) Potential for part ownership About the Role:We are seeking a motivated engineer who would like to develop their career including Project Management into a Piling Engineer specialist to join a highly respected consultancy with a strong focus on piling and foundation engineering.
Whether you have a background in structural or geotechnical engineering, this is a unique opportunity to grow your career in a specialised field with ample training and development support.You will play a key role in delivering small to large-scale projects, $5k to $500m contributing your technical expertise to estimating, tendering, and design processes, while receiving continuous development to expand your knowledge in the niche area of piling.Key Responsibilities: Support in estimating, tendering, and designing piling and foundation solutions for diverse projects.
Apply your geotechnical or structural foundation knowledge in real-world applications.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of piling-related projects.
Attend and contribute to meetings, confidently communicating your technical insights and recommendations.
Receive ongoing training to become an expert in piling engineering.
About You:We are looking for candidates with a background in structural or geotechnical engineering, ideally with experience in foundation engineering.
Piling experience is not essential, however an understanding of foundation engineering is important along with PM skills.Preferred Skills & Experience: Experience in structural or geotechnical engineering, specifically in foundation design.
Project Management skills with an ability to confidently participate in meetings and client discussions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
