Solar Labourer

Castle Solar requires casual solar laborers in the Hobart region. If you like working outdoors and possess a capacity for physical output, we want to hear from you.

Job Role and responsibilities:

- Work within a small team environment with a positive attitude
- Installation of mounting systems, electrical components and conduits in residential/commercial settings
- Unloading, moving and securing of solar panels
- Adhering to work practices with an attention to detail

Skills and experience:

- Working at heights ticker or ability to complete ASAP
- White card
- Comfortable working at heights include ladders, harnesses and elevated work platforms
- Proficent in use with power tools
- Comfortable working in confined spaces
- Strong work ethic and physical capacity
- Experience maneuvering and restraining loads on trailers

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hobart, TAS: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Working at heights license (preferred)
- White Card (preferred)
- Full Driver Licence (required)
