**About the opportunity**:
We are looking for an experienced retail professional with creative flair to help us achieve our vision of vibrant, dynamic and contemporary op shops. Uniting Op Shops nurture a culture of productivity, imagination, innovation, change and development within our teams. Our aim is to delight people in a meaningful and memorable way all while offering positive customer experiences, high level visual merchandising, critical stock and space management, achieving sales targets, and celebrating Uniting's culture.

**What's on offer**:
In addition to a base salary commencing at $27.17 p/hr + superannuation, you will have access to:

- An **extra** **17.5%** on top of your fortnightly pay when you take paid annual leave
- Ability to **increase** **your** **take-home pay** by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits which can be used for living expenses such as rent, groceries, bills, clothing, and much more.
- **10% **discount** on the childcare subsidy gap fee when using a Uniting Early Learning service or centre.
- **25% discount** at Uniting Op Shops

**About you**:
You are looking to join an organisation that truly supports vulnerable Victorians and Tasmanians to improve their lives.

To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for fashion, charity retail or the creative, with demonstrated experience in managing retail stores. Knowledge of brands and fashion trends and ability to develop, mentor and motivate a dynamic team of employees and volunteers.
