**The Opportunity**
Supporting the Head of Teaching and Learning and Learning Coordinator at Grace Lutheran College through a range of high-level administration tasks to ensure QCAA reporting responsibilities and timetabling responsibilities.
You will oversee the data entry and administration tasks to support the organisation and tracking of Student Data towards their QCE following QCAA procedures. Oversee the student timetabling function of the College, with the specific portfolio of Year 10, 11 and 12 student timetabling. Arrange senior school exam scheduling and associated administration tasks, including the follow up of catch-up exams.
This position carries with it a range of responsibilities requiring a high level of analytical skills, decision making and management skills, creative thinking/adaptabilities involving timetabling, data, people and projects. The role works co-operatively with all members of the Senior Leadership Team and in support for the College's philosophy, policies and procedures, strategic plans, goals and core values. The Administrator must have a strong commitment to the College's Christian ethos.
