**About Us - **We are a large Registered Club nestled right on the waterfront at Ettalong Beach, overlooking Broken Bay and Lion Island, with views south to Palm Beach. On the same grounds, is Mantra at Ettalong with gorgeous accommodation, and where we also deliver meals as part of our room service offering.

We are now looking for **Casual Kitchen Attendants, **with a keen eye for detail to join our Head Chef and Kitchen team.

Our commercial kitchen is of high volume. We prepare and provide service to many functions, weddings and events, and therefore it's vitally important that our Kitchen Attendants maintain the kitchen equipment to the highest of standards.

**Who are You? - **You are passionate about cleanliness and working as part of a team, so that our members and guests can enjoy all Club facilities.

**Your day to day (some of what you will be doing)**
- You'll be responsible for the cleanliness of all areas of the kitchen, including sweeping and mopping floors in the kitchen area and the walkway leading through to the kitchen
- You'll ensure the cleanliness and sanitisation of all areas within the kitchen, all kitchen equipment, crockery and cutlery, and the removal of any rubbish/scraps
- You'll be happy to assist the team with food/salad preparation, following proper hygienic food handling practices
- Carry out any other duties as required by the Head Chef and Management team

**What do we need from you?**
- Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
- You will need to be available from Wednesday through until Sunday inclusive, and for periods to cover annual leave/school holidays

- A strong work ethic, reliable, trustworthy, with a positive attitude and commitment to your role
- You can work well within a team environment and you're a team-player
- You're committed to working weekends and can stay back when required
- Excellent presentation standards and a high level of self-motivation
- You're able to show that you are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (3 in total) as we maintain this as part of our Club Policy

**What else do you need to know?**
- Uniforms are provided to you, along with onsite carparking, free soft drinks on shift and coffee (yep; real barista coffee) and tea station is provided free to you too
- You will work with a supportive team, and you will have the opportunity to work at a venue in a beautiful location, with multiple bars, function rooms and large dining facilities. How great is that?
