In this All-Rounder role, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:Building rapport with Members and Guests from diverse backgroundsAssisting Members and Guests with enquiries and requestsProviding Drinks Service, fixing machine errors and maintaining the gaming floorWorking in our Housekeeping, Bar and Gaming Area, including TAB and KenoDelivery of great customer service experiences accurately and efficiently; andMaintaining cleanliness of our service areas.Requirements:Must be willing to work in smoking areas whilst wearing a face maskPrevious customer service experience is essentialCurrent RSA, RCG and ARCG qualification is essentialBar and gaming service experience is preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAble to meet the physical requirements of the role including standing for long periods of time; andExcellent interpersonal skills.Get to know us more at to apply....
