We have an opportunity for someone who is looking for an entry level real estate or proptech opportunity to join our corporate team based in Brisbane.

In this role you will be the go-to person for all stakeholders regarding Ray White's internally developed technology platform NurtureCloud.

NurtureCloud is the real estate industry's most exciting CRM entrant. Revolutionising the customer experience for vendors & purchasers, and the sales process for Ray White agents, the software is designed to contact the right people at the right time, allowing agents to work more efficiently, and to ultimately win more business.

As a valued member of the NurtureCloud "bunker" team, your role will assist with the administrative, communications & marketing requirements of the bunker, as well as manage the communication to & from customers engaging with the platform.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Manage, monitor and respond to customer FAQs
- Coordinate office activations and onboarding with the bunker team
- Execute the NurtureCloud marketing plan to create awareness and drive engagement
- Communicate new product features and improvements to members
- Coordinate a national training program and content
- Liaise with the Digital BDE team (for office training assistance) and Support Desk (for product issues/bugs)
- Report on support tickets received, escalated and closed
- Manage interactions from start to finish - provide a world-class customer experience
- Support members with basic FAQ and training assistance
- Adopt a continuous improvement mindset and engage with the bunker team to suggest new features or enhancements
