**The Role**

Our client is a well loved fashion & lifestyle brand in Australia. This business values community and giving back and these core pillars are at the heart of everything they do. In this role you will be responsible for leading your store team towards collective and individual success through strategic sales planning, team coaching and individual succession plans.
- Previous experience in a Store Management role and motivating a team
- Can strategically manage sales and profit targets and use creativity in their approach to improving outcomes
- Proven success in delivering highly engaging and authentic customer experience
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Strong reporting skills and understanding of how to analyse KPIs
- Enthusiastic and welcoming to feedback
- Possess a strong understanding of and alignment with the brand's values and product range
- Ability to provide staff training and development, which focuses on individual opportunities leading to a positive and engaged store culture
- Through your proven experience, show a keen understanding of both local and international fashion markets

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with the Assistant Business Manager in driving sales to deliver weekly/monthly/annual sales and margin targets
- Constantly delivering an excellent level of customer experience to ensure brand loyalty and an increase in customer lifetime value
- Staying accountable of the businesses results and create innovative solutions to build and improve on these
- Create a culture of growth and develop internal succession plans within your team
- Execution of monthly rostering while delivering wage targets in line with revenue
- Upholding the brand's retail operational standards and procedures while leading your team through an exemplary personal standard
- Working alongside the Area Manager, National Retail Manager to ensure the store's data integrity and loss prevention strategies are executed in line with business targets
- Provide feedback to the Area Manager through weekly reporting and effective communication
- Provide consistent training and development for all staff while creating a positive and engaging store culture
- Nurture internal relationships with other departments and stakeholders of the business
- Maintaining the highest level of personal and store presentation standards
- Seasonally engage with the Operations and Design teams using a well-defined understanding of the product range in store
