As a **Gaming Services Supervisor**, you will assist the Gaming Manager to oversee the operational aspects of Main Gaming Floor Hosting, while maintaining a high level of customer service for our guests.

**A few of your responsibilities**:
- Assist guests and Gaming Services Hosts with queries regarding the rewards program
- Oversee the registration process of new guests to the rewards program
- Handle guest issues or concerns
- Conduct gaming promotions and assist with marketing activities as required
- Supervise Gaming Services Hosts
- Report on incidents and investigate where required
**What we are looking for**:
- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or guest service environment
- Ability to work independently and take actions on guest requests appropriately
- Experience creating a positive working relationship in large teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously
