We are looking for a passionate Floor Manager to help lead our Mecca Karrinyup store in WA on a full-time basis for a 12 month fixed term secondment.

- Support the Store Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experience-
- Lead from the front; drive success in your store through ongoing training, mentoring and providing feedback to build a highly effective team-
- Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values- What success looks like in this role:
- Prior experience managing a large format retail environment where you inspire and educate large teams-
- A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to create MECCA-magic moments.-
- Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development-
