**POSITION PURPOSE**
IDP has completed the first phase of its digital transformation which has directly contributed to the massive acceleration in the world's leading Educational-Tech business helping students fulfil their lifelong learning opportunities at the world's top universities.
Our transformation journey is not yet complete, and we have an exciting range of programs of work to further accelerate the pace of our operations.
A challenging opportunity with us as **Cyber Security Education and Communications Lead** to ensure the Cyber Security skills of our people and partners are sufficient that everyone can play the right role in keeping IDP cyber safe.
This is a **full-time permanent opportunity** based out of **Melbourne**, reporting to the Director, Cyber Security and Technology Risk.
**A critical role creating a cyber safe culture across all levels of personnel, across geographies through awareness, communications and understanding of cyber risks and how everyone plays a role in mitigating these.**_ _**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
**Planning**
- Training and communication plans for all areas related to Cyber Security and technology risk including executive level awareness, formal and informal training, cyber awareness training and events.
**Execution**
- Ensuring the delivery of training and communication plans including regular phishing campaigns, awareness communications across all levels of personnel and geographies.
- Development of training materials and partnering with departments on the right level of skills required for various areas of the business (e.g. developers, regional IT management, executives etc.)
**Reporting and assurance**
- Creation of frameworks and measures to ensure the skills of our people and partners can be reported through qualitative and quantitative measurements.
- Supporting the Director - Cyber Security & Technology Risk in overall reporting of risk.
**Change Management**
- Support the increase in Cyber Security and technology risk capabilities with communications and change related activities to help the business understand the benefits of improving the management of these practices at IDP.

As our Cyber Security Education and Communications Lead, you'll be a critical member of a high performing team, ready to be the guide across the journey of change
Specifically, we are looking for a talented individual who has;
- Experience working within a technology training or awareness environment.
- Experience supporting the implementation of awareness initiatives across a regionally dispersed and complex global organisation.
- Experience with communications strategy and roadmap planning
