**The role**
Our superpower is creating high quality, highly personalised team-based support. With a fantastic new brand, a unique market position, a track record of strong growth and amazing opportunities ahead, we are looking for someone to help us sing our song from the rooftops.
Your purpose will be to define and lead our marketing and engagement programs across InLife. You will work collaboratively to deliver all-round leadership across digital, internal and external communications, events and PR/media. In a nutshell we are looking for a leader to ensure that our clients and teams feel connected and that others in the community learn more about who we are, driving further connections and growth.
You will lead a small team (that right now covers events, engagement and internal and external communications) and work with our agency partners. You will thrive when reaching audiences and bringing them into the InLife community.
**Key Accountabilities**
**Build our brand awareness**:
- Manage regular communications to our clients, prospective clients and other stakeholders across all channels.
- Create innovative ways to grow brand awareness and reach our audiences to build knowledge about InLife and what makes us great.
- Manage all social media channels and platforms (we use Workplace internally).
**Digital marketing leadership and event management**:
- Ensure we have the right digital and tech solutions to communicate in a timely, effective way to build engagement even further.
- Develop a plan for, and execute, relevant internal and external events (especially our big annual events) and support others in the organisation to run local engagement activities with the help of your team and within guidelines.
- In conjunction with other teams in our business support area, support regular celebrations such as recognition programs, fundraising and relevant national/international calendar dates.
**Ensure our visual identity remains true to our new brand across all external and internal channels**:
- Build strong brand identity and internal capabilities to ensure we stay true to our visual identity.
- Drive web content management and maintain our website, internal pages and track data analytics
- Ensure high quality collateral is produced to support our brand
**Champion and drive initiatives that stake out a position of market leadership and innovation in our sector**:
- Help find creative ways to recognise the great work we are doing - e.g. PR activities, employer of choice and/or innovation awards
- Help our CEO to drive thought leadership and play an active role in our sector
**Provide strategic marketing support to business development initiatives**:
- Collaboratively develop and lead the marketing and engagement strategy for InLife
- Support change initiatives and internal communications around BAU and project transformation.
- Using a test and learn mindset, experiment with and analyse a variety of organic and other channels like publicity, social media and lead generation campaigns when we may want to be more proactive in driving new business.
**To be successful you'll have**
- Ideally come up through the ranks from a design, copywriting, marketing or agency background with 6-8 years+ experience. A background in the disability or the not for profit sector is not a requirement however you will be experienced in the nuances of a service organisation and how it differs from traditional product marketing roles.
- Experience across the full suite of marketing and communications disciplines (branding, social media, print, copywriting) and be a true all-rounder.
- You'll be tech savvy and comfortable with all aspects of digital marketing and using tech tools to deliver and achieve our strategy.
- Runs on the board as a people leader having led small teams. This will have included finding and developing talent and maintaining the team glue over different geographies and hybrid working arrangements.
