Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with teachers to identify areas of improvement and provide targeted support to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teachers to understand their needs and develop tailored support plans;
Deliver training sessions and workshops on effective teaching strategies and classroom management techniques;
Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to teachers to help them improve their instructional practices;
Assist with curriculum development and implementation to ensure it meets the needs of diverse learners;
Conduct observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers to help them refine their teaching skills.
Desirable Skills:
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theories;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with teachers and other stakeholders;
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities in a dynamic educational environment;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications.

Proven track record of improving teacher effectiveness and student outcomes;
Knowledge of curriculum design and implementation principles.
