**About the role**

This is an opportunity for a Coordinator to lead an energetic, passionate and experienced Children's Services team to provide high quality Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) at Sacred Heart Primary School, Manly Vale.

As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing and overseeing programs for children aged 5 - 12 years in Before School Care and After School Care. You will be supported by a Practice Manager and Quality Practice Manager to deliver a high quality service and have access to ongoing training opportunities.

This role is Permanent Full-time.

**Duties**
- As the Nominated Supervisor, leading the delivery of a quality OSHC program.
- Regularly evaluating the program to ensure it caters for the interests and needs of school age children and meets the requirements of the 'My Time - Our Place' Framework.
- Advising families about the program, policies and procedures when required.
- Be responsible as Educational Leader within the service, providing guidance, and support to the team on best practice programming.
- Working on administrative tasks and efficient day to day operation of the service

**Requirements**:

- Qualifications and experience in working in outside school hours care.
- Skills and experience in team leadership.
- Completion of the "Identify & Respond to Children and Young People at Risk" certificate.
- Knowledge of legislation relevant to Outside School Hours Care and the National Quality Framework as it applies to Outside School Hours Care.
- Current First Aid certification/CPR certification/Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- Working With Children Check and Criminal History Check.
