Soul Origin Tea Tree Plaza is currently seeking a Full Time **KITCHEN HAND **to join the team

Do you love working with fresh ingredients to make delicious, well-presented food? Do you enjoy starting and finishing work early? Can you confidently work alone, or as part of a small team? Then the Back of House role is for you You'll be responsible for:

- Preparing all menu items in a safe and efficient manner.
- Complying to all food safety standards set by SA Health and Soul Origin.
- Ordering and receiving stock.
- Ensuring that all utensils and equipment are clean and sanitised before use.
- Cleaning and closing the kitchen at the end of the day.

To be successful you'll have:

- Experience using commercial grade knives
- Proven ability to follow detailed make-guides and recipes
- Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
- A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Preferred: A minimum of 2 years of food handling experience.

This is a full
- time position of 38 hours per week. Applicants must have Tuesday - Saturday availability with full time working rights.

Pay: $21.41 - $37.30 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
