A government agency is looking for a Registrar to assist with the Criminal Registry team.
**Your new company**
The Criminal Division Administration Team is comprised of four functional areas: Criminal Registry Services, Case Management, Court Resources and Allocations and Practice and Procedure.
**Your new role**
- Coordinate administrative aspects of the bail process including entering accused into bail undertakings, and processing passport surrender, sureties and forfeitures and distributing documentation as required.
- Initiate all new cases State-wide in the Criminal Division and create case records and schedule first hearing dates.
- Receive and process committal and appeal paperwork from the Magistrates Court and the Children's Court.

- Discretion and Confidentiality: You understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality and building positive working relationships.
- Resilience - Ability to persevere in achieving objectives and cope effectively with setbacks.
- Experience working in a legal environment.
