New and Preloved clothing, shoes and accessories in excellent condition, all handpicked by a personal stylist. Specialising in Australian and International brands, contemporary fashion, well-made basics, as well as something that is a bit more unique and a touch of vintage

As the Store Manager your role will focus on ensuring customers are provided with excellent service, stock and restock merchandise, undertake inventory and orders, monitor sales and maintain store cleanliness. Recruit, interview, train and supervise new employees, in addition to organising rosters.

You key responsibilities will include;
- Effective overall operation of the Hawthorn and Balwyn stores
- Creative merchandising and stock control for both stores
- Open and close cash and credit card reconciliation
- Meeting KPIs and increasing overall sales
- Drive your team to create an engaging, authentic customer experience
- Recruit, interview, train and supervise employees and roster staff accordingly.
