Australia Allstaff Australia Full time

Allstaff Australia are seeking an experienced Internal Sales / Warehouse Coordinator for our client in Wacol.

The purpose of the role is to accept in-coming calls, process orders and provide basic estimates under guidance, as well as place orders on established suppliers. You will assist with the picking, packing, storage and logistics of products, including maintenance and co-ordination of props.

**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Provide basic quotes, from enquiries over the phone and from simple plans, provided by the customer.
- Co-ordinate set-up of products and costs on the system including stock control.
- Keep customers fully advised of order status, by checking with suppliers and other company personnel.
- Assist with enquiries, credit status and follow up where necessary, raising sales orders and invoicing goods once packed and ready for dispatch.
- Balance returned props for invoicing, checking for damage as well as promptly service to re-hire condition.
- Pick, pack, replenish stock, load/unload and store with safety a priority, as well as maintain neat housekeeping practices
- Monitor transport for competitiveness and service and assist with local deliveries, on an urgency/commercially viable basis.
- Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Queensland Driver License
- LF Forklift License
- 2 years Working in a Warehouse Environment
- 1 year working in the Building/Construction Industry
- Working alone or in small team atmosphere
- General knowledge as a supplier within the Building Industry.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft suite
- General knowledge of SE Qld Metro area and transit times to different locations.
- Weights and Measures.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID.
