**What this job involves**:
This is an incredible opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join our Property & Asset Management team based at a vibrant, iconic landmark precinct in Sydney's CBD. It is a premium grade office building including dining and retail with five-star concierge services. The role also includes the management of additional A-Grade buildings all in close proximity.

The current onsite team do an outstanding job and includes a General Manager, Property Services Manager, x 2 Property Services Supervisors, Senior Retail Manager, Senior Finance Manager, Customer Relationship Manager, Assistant Property Manager, and Concierge.

**A snapshot of the day-to-day duties**:
Proactively communicating with customers/ tenants

Assisting the GM with completing budget, outgoings estimate, asset plans, quarterly forecasts, and reports

Managing critical dates on the tenancy schedule and ensure lease security and public liability insurance is held in accordance with the lease and licence documentation

Assisting the GM in strategising a customer retention plan tailored to each individual customer and in the context of critical events such as lease expiries and market rent reviews

Managing and overseeing three team members including Concierge, Customer Relationship Manager and Assistant Property Manager

Supporting CRM and Operations team with queries relating to tenant service requests and assisting with capital expenditure submissions and claims for capital works

A real estate licence is required, and your number one focus is providing 6- Star customer service. You genuinely love to help others and are self-motivated and dedicated to achieving the best outcomes.

You're currently working in a commercial property management role and are now looking to take the next step and expand your capabilities by working on high quality office assets. The ability to communicate with people at all levels will be crucial and you've had success in leading small teams.

We'll also expect you to have great time management and organisational skills. You'll have proven business acumen and want to be part of a high performing team.

Also required will be a proven experience maintaining and managing accurate lease and tenant data, budgets and financial reports.
