**The Role**:
As a Support Worker/Carer in **Chain Valley Bay** you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities. This role requires **2 hours per week**, **.**Type of Care that will be provided: Domestic Assistance and Meal Preparation.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smartphone
