We're looking for a driven professional to join our thriving Industrial Occupier Services team.
In this pivotal role, you'll manage major industrial property portfolios—delivering strategic insights, driving transactions, and shaping the future of workplace solutions.From lease management and site acquisitions to tenant advisory and six-star workplace services, you'll collaborate with experts across workplace strategy, design and architecture, project management, and cutting-edge technology services to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.What You'll Be DoingOverseeing end-to-end account and transaction management across large-scale industrial portfolios.Managing lease terms, critical dates, renewals, and rent reviews with precision.Coordinating subtenant invoicing, arrears management, and outgoing charges.Preparing legal lease instructions and reviewing lease documentation.Maintaining and enhancing leasehold and freehold property databases.Producing detailed monthly reports that drive strategic decision-making.Supporting transaction activity and ensuring seamless data management via MRI and Visual Databases.QualificationsWhat You Bring to the TableTertiary qualification in Property, Real Estate, or a related disciplineA client-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.Solid experience in commercial property—ideally within the industrial sector.Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.A knack for research and data-driven insights.Estate Agent's Licence or Agent's Representative CertificateAdditional InformationIn return, we offer an opportunity to join a friendly and collaborative team and you'll also enjoy being part of the fastest growing real estate services company in the world.
