**Job Description**:
With a strong pipeline ahead for our Qld, NT & NZ business unit, the Submissions Coordinator will work within a collaborative team to deliver small to large tenders, proposals, Expressions of Interest and marketing materials.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

- Supporting the Submission Manager with coordination of the end-to-end submission process.
- Collating and editing submission content.
- Assist with the format and delivery of final documentation to deadline.
- Assist with the preparation of internal and external bid workshops.
- Coordinate marketing materials for internal and external purposes.
- Maintain document and image libraries.
- Assist with the procurement of materials required for submissions.
- Assist with presentations for client interactive workshops and post-tender interviews.

**Qualifications**:
The incumbent in this role will require the following qualifications and experience:

- Established experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Prior experience in coordinating and writing project tenders within multi-disciplinary bid teams.
- Proven ability to manage several complex tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
- A sound working knowledge of SharePoint and MS Office suite.
