**Job Overview**

**FastFit Windscreens & Tint** is after a **Qualified Windscreen Fitter** with solid technical know-how and a grit-first attitude. If you can wield tools like they're part of your toolkit and don't shy away from hard work—this role demands you.
- Monday to Friday, based from Cairns CBD with mobile site work outside business hours
- Navigate hands-on repair, replacement, and calibration tasks with autonomy.
- Exhibit toughness, technical precision, and a true can-do spirit.

**Must-Have Qualifications & Traits**
- **Minimum 5 years' experience** as a Qualified Windscreen Fitter—no trainees.
- Fully confident with tools, vehicle glass systems, and job management platforms; ADAS experience is a bonus.
- A no-nonsense, safety-first and independent working approach.
- Hands-on, proactive, and physically engaged—no overcomplicating, just getting the job done.
- Valid open manual driver's licence and professional demeanour.

**Compensation & Progression**
- **3-month probation**, followed by a **pay review** and potential eligibility for a **company vehicle**.
- Work from Cairns CBD, Monday-Friday, with travel to job sites as needed.
- **Relocation assistance** offered for qualified applicants from outside Cairns.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
