Retail Team Member – JB Hi-Fi, Cannington, Western Australia
Join JB Hi-Fi to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused retail environment. JB Hi-Fi is a leading retailer of technology, consumer electronics, home entertainment, and appliances.
Responsibilities
Assist across a number of areas within stores, from customer-facing roles to back-of-house tasks
Provide high standards of customer service before, during, and after the sale
Support merchandising of products to enhance the store experience and brand
Assist with stock intake and processing, following store receiving procedures
Qualifications
Passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, or games
Enthusiastic, motivated and customer-focused
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of people
Ability to contribute to a high-performance team environment
