What you will enjoy doing Safety first and always – accountable for own safety as well as colleagues, customers and visitors, apply reasonable judgment when making decisions and liaise with senior colleagues when requiredYou will be sorting cylinders for filling and identifying cylinders not suitable for filling and quarantine accordingly and releasing cylinders for use or saleFilling of liquid flasks and PT tanks as needed & Gas Cylinders i.e. Air, Carbon Dioxide, Nitrogen, Oxygen, Argon, Argoshield gasPreparation of customer gas orders, this includes manifests and loading vehicles, picking and packing cylinders onto pallets using company procedures and driving of ForkliftsWhen required serve customers on the counter and over the phone - processing customer orders, responding to requests for information and pricingYou will be using SAP and other computer programs as required and operate zebra scanners for a variety of cylinder transactionWhat makes you great You have experience in a retail sales environmentStrong focus on customer service suits your profileConfidence in presenting our wide product & service range to our customersYou have excellent time management skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skillsIndustrial and safety equipment knowledge would be highly advantageousForklift license is requiredWhy you will love working with us At Linde we identify ourselves with our products – either working for the technical or medical gases business.
