**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Demonstrated experience and enthusiasm for providing face-to-face customer service.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, allowing you to think creatively to overcome obstacles.
- A genuine passion for technology and an eagerness to share your knowledge with others.
- Prior experience in retail sales, call centers, or relevant customer service roles is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure successful customer interactions.
- Excellent verbal communication skills that enable you to effectively explain complex concepts to customers.
