REA is evolving how it leverages data and technology to deliver benefits for customers.
Proptrack provides property data and technical platform solutions to customers in the financial and government sectors. The Engineering Team within Proptrack works together to deliver solutions to our internal and external customers. It is the core delivery centre for developing solutions to meet customer priorities and align with Proptrack's technology strategy.
What the role is all about
- As a Quality Analyst, you will bring your expertise in software quality techniques and tools to a collaborative team-based environment.
- You will be responsible for participating in designing and maintaining our products. You will be expected to help test the solutions implemented using a variety of programming languages, databases, and cloud technologies through planning and execution of appropriate testing strategy.
- You will coach and support an entire squad of developers, business analysts and product managers with testing best practices to ensure quality is built and inherent to team delivery.
- You will help implement agile software delivery practices such as automated testing and continuous integration.
- You will also work with other QAs in the tribe to build a quality framework that will contribute to the success of the tribe's mission.
Who we're looking for
- Someone who really enjoys being a QA coach and wants to upskill others in all facets of Quality Management, Quality Assurance and effective Software Testing.
- Someone who is a great team player, who works effectively in a collaborative team environment and is keen to work within a fast paced, agile environment.
- Someone who has sound software, technical and testing knowledge (3+ years experience would be ideal) & skills and is willing to educate others in these areas.
- Someone who has experience in defining and managing QA strategies for teams and the products they manage.
- Someone who is enthusiastic about collaborating with developers, product managers, business analysts and delivery leads to define a QA strategy that best meets the products/teams needs.
- Finally, someone with a sound understanding of testing automation, continuous delivery and managing testing suites. We use Automation Tools such as Playwright and Cypress, experience with these tools would be advantageous.
