You will provide hands-on clinical pharmacy services, support patient care and work closely with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
Provide efficient clinical pharmacy services to inpatients or outpatients.
Conduct pharmaceutical admission and discharge reconciliations, monitor medication outcomes, such as therapeutic drug monitoring, to ensure quality use of medicine is upheld.
Work cooperatively and effectively within a multidisciplinary team and provide advice regarding patient care.
Contribute to our 6-day roster, including flexible hours.
What You'll Bring
You're at least 1-year into your career as a registered Pharmacist.
You've built a solid foundation in pharmacy practice and are now looking to grow your clinical expertise in a hospital setting.
Essential Requirements
General registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions on practice.
Minimum 1-year Australian Pharmacist experience.
Australian working rights, valid for at least 12-month from start of employment.
Personal Indemnity insurance.
Vaccination status as required by St John of God Mt. Lawley Hospital
Working with Children (WWC) Check
Desirable Skills & Experience
Prior experience working in a Hospital Pharmacy setting
