Our busy cafe in Worongary is looking for a reliable, energetic and motivated dishwasher / kitchen hand to join our team Reliable and consistent hours between 8am and 3pm Monday to Friday.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The job itself includes but is not limited to:

- Keeping food preparation areas clean
- Cleaning kitchen equipment and appliances
- Maintaining clean benchtops, floors and workspaces
- Assisting in new stock deliveries and restocking
- Washing dishes, pots and utensils
- Cleaning work areas
- Disposing of trash and putting out bins for collection each week
- Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards
- Ensuring all processes run smoothly to support the team
- Closing designated area of the café at the end of the day

- Experience in a busy environment and with a demonstrated focus on quality and efficiency
- A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team
- The ability to excel under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with a focus on consistency
- Maintaining good personal and food hygiene standards
- Ability to be physically active for long periods of time

Pay: From $17.43 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
