Based in
**Brisbane**, the
**Project Manager Firming** holds a key role in our Assets and Generation team who are responsible for the construction, operation and asset management of new and existing power projects. The Project Manager Firming will provide technical quality assurance to the growing power business across large-scale renewable (i.e. solar and wind) and firming assets (i.e. storage and gas generation) in line with our strategic priorities.

**Lead the change, from the frontline**

With honesty, integrity and respect, you will:

- Provide Project Management duties to specific projects during the construction and warranty phase.
- Technically support a range of business development activities related to greenfield project development, co-development activities and/or project acquisitions;
- Retain the technical continuity of projects as they move from business development, through construction and hand over to operations;
- Provide timely engineering advice for renewable and firming energy developments from early stage through to construction completion; and
- Work closely with GM and wider team to keep building and refining the delivery strategy and model.

**What you'll bring**

Here's what you'll need to thrive in this role:

- Proven experience in understanding the technical aspects of renewable and/or firming assets and project development;
- An excellent track record in providing project management expertise to power generation projects or equivalent;
- Experience in sourcing, building, and managing strong industry relationships;
- The ability to engage and collaborate effectively across multi-functional teams and interface with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, based in various locations;
- Excellent attention to detail with high levels of accuracy;
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with advanced negotiation skills;
- Excellent oral and written communications skills;
- A willingness to visit the sites regularly as required;
- Degree in engineering, or relevant equivalent; and
- Drivers Licence.
