About the Role This role will manage the development and execution of one or more products to solve a business problem.
It provides guidance to the Domain Lead focussed on conceptualising, planning, strategically prioritising and implementing product(s).
Key accountabilities include: Implements one or more products or initiatives to scope, on time and on budget.
Manages a team of primarily secondees/contractors to develop and implement a solution and execute the business capability adoption.
Ensures performance of the team, enabling high performance of team members to deliver project/s on schedule and budget.
Fosters a collaborative, supportive, and positive team environment, promoting trust, continuous improvement, and innovation.
Identifies, engages and manages a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Conducts presentations and facilitates workshops using storytelling to connect, influence and engage the audience.
Ensures that the solution is adopted by the business.
Enhances user experience by improving usability, accessibility and desirability of a design solution (working with Experience and Business Adoption resources).

You have: A qualification or equivalent in Business, Management, Commerce, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in digital product delivery.
