Our family owned and operated business has a great opportunity for a **Parts Interpreter** to join our growing team in Regency Park located 20 minutes from the CBD. This role can be suited to someone with experience but not limited to, so if you are keen and are looking to get into the ever-expanding vehicle industry then this is the role for you. The ideal applicant will be of strong character, a team player and have experience with a computer-based inventory control system and the ability to learn a new system quickly.

Being sales and service agents for world leading brands, such as HIAB, Maeda, Shuttlelift, Tadano, & TIDD, RMB employ factory trained Crane Technicians, Heavy Vehicle Mechanics, Fabricators, Spray painters and Electricians to ensure your equipment is being maintained by professionals with expert knowledge of the brand.

**About the role**:

- Managing inventory and stock control
- Maintaining the parts and warehouse
- Obtaining quotes for parts
- Raising Purchase Orders (once approved via manager)
- Ordering of parts, checking off parts when delivered
- Processing invoices and quotations
- Provide effective and accurate interpretation and customer experience
- Seek opportunities to promote specials or up-sell where possible
- Identifying parts and problem solving for the workshop

**To be considered**:

- Experience / understanding of servicing, repairs, maintenance, and operation of light - heavy haulage vehicles/cranes/trailers (preferred)
- Driver's licence (essential)
- Qualification in Automotive Sales (Parts Interpreter) (desirable)
- Basic computer skills and AMWIN experience; or a quick learner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Physically fit, reliable, and ready to work
- With the ability to start immediately once Pre-Employment Check passed
- Current Police Check

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
