Your New Role
As a Casual Paramedic, you'll primarily provide Non-Emergency Patient Transport (NEPT) services, supporting patients with safe and comfortable transport across the Illawarra region.
You may also occasionally assist with onsite event medical standby, offering variety in your schedule.
This casual role is ideal for paramedics seeking flexible work while continuing to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and rewarding environment.
What You Can Expect
Dynamic Work Schedules: You'll need to be flexible to support shifts across 7 days a week including mornings, nights and some involving regional travel
Safety First: Maintain readiness by ensuring vehicles and equipment are always in top condition.
Attention to Detail: Deliver excellent patient care while keeping accurate and confidential records.
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in pre-hospital care.
Unconditional AHPRA registration as a paramedic
Compliance ready, including:
Working With Children Check and National Police Check (within 6 months).
Clean driving record and unrestricted driver's license.
First Aid/CPR certification and mask fit certificate.
Full Category A immunisations, including an annual flu shot.
