**About the Role**:
Monday - Friday
10 am - 6:06 pm
AUD 70, 000 PA + Super

**Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**

To mentor and direct the store people in all aspects of warehousing.
Communication with the Dispatch Co-Ordinator on issues and delays.
Managing the day-to-day activities of your team.
All outbound loads are to be organized and staged for efficient turnaround time of outbound trucks.
Ensure full traceability of all stored materials/items
Forklift operation (as required)
Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures
Report damage or property damage immediately

**Required Skills**:
Previous experience managing/directing a small team desired
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to deal with HR issues - not afraid of facing conflict head-on
A good understanding of warehouse and distribution functions, including shipment receipts, stocktakes and dispatch
High-reach experience essential
Excellent attention to detail
Sound time management and organisational skills
Foster an environment and culture where safety is a leading value and critical in all activities
A "continual improvement" mindset
Forklift license

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
