Reporting to the Consulting Manager, you'll lead impactful projects that optimise dealership systems, streamline accounting processes, and deliver measurable business improvements.
Your mission?
Deliver expert advice and innovative solutions that boost efficiency, maximise system utilisation, and elevate the customer experience to exceptional levels.
This is an office-based and onsite role, Monday to Friday, Victoria, Queensland or South Australia.
What Youll Do
Stay ahead of industry trends, legislation, and best practices to provide top-notch consultancy
Build strong, lasting relationships with dealerships and stakeholders
Deliver a seamless, world-class customer experience that drives loyalty and advocacy
Collaborate across teams and departments to craft strategic action plans that enhance our consulting brand
Diagnose and tailor dealership solutions for better processes, revenue, margins, and DMS usage
Identify and create new revenue streams by sharing your product know-how and industry insights
Demonstrate ROI through customised, technical advice and successful implementation
Who We're Looking For
Proven experience within a dealership environment – you know the terrain
Strong business acumen and deep understanding of dealership operations
Working knowledge of eraPower Dealer Management System a big plus
Data-savvy, analytical, and insightful
Passion for the automotive industry and technology integration
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven, resilient, and able to juggle priorities with ease
Strategic thinker with a knack for negotiation and problem-solving
A team player who builds trusted relationships at every level
