Our Commercial Banking business serves over 10,000 clients across Australia. The team looks after diversified clients with aggregated debt of between $10M and $50M, or turnover between $30M and $150M. The team can also write Property Investment debt up to $20M. What you'll do
Role-model best practice in driving a customer-centric culture and ensuring your people have the necessary capability to deliver exceptional service within compliant frameworks.
Identify and assess risk and share your insights, drive productivity and ensure your team's culture of accountability and excellence.
Lead and develop a team of Analysts, leveraging coaching and development to enable the overall success of the team.
Foster a collaborative environment that supports the team's professional development and sustainable business growth for clients.
What we're looking for
Experience in leadership with the ability to engage and inspire others.
Extensive experience in financial services, exposure to risk and compliance methodologies, and strong commercial acumen.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, peers and clients.
Growth mindset, passion for continuous improvement, technology, and a focus on people and customers.
A track record in coaching and mentoring, ready for a people-leadership opportunity (e.g., Senior Analyst or Relationship Executive).
