Microsoft Software Integration Lead

As a **Microsoft Software Integration Lead**at Avanade, you will lead the development team and provide Integration Architecture and Implementation guidance and direction leveraging your deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure and.Net Platforms. You are also seen as a technology leader within the Software Engineering community and you routinely share your knowledge on bleeding edge topics in community and internal events.

Skills and experiences
- You are familiar with the core Microsoft offerings and an understanding of broader Microsoft Ecosystem e.g. D365 CRM, Data & AI and Security
- You have consulting experience working with external clients
- You have client management skills and the ability to work with clients to develop and manage an action plan
- You have implementation experience across multiple industries e.g. Health and Public Sector, Resources, Utilities, Retail, Logistics, Communications and Media, Insurance, Professional Services and Banking
- You have experience working with global/offshore teams on Microsoft technology implementation and maintenance projects desirable
- You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills

About you
- Architecting large complex Integration Platform solutions using the Microsoft Stack
- Experience in Microsoft Azure,.Net Platforms, Azure DevOps, API
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework for Azure
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure Well-Architected Framework
- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models

**Desirable Certifications**
- AZ-204: Azure Developer Associate
- AZ-304 Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect

What you'll do
- Contribute across all phases of Avanade projects (e.g. Plan, Analyse, Design, Build and Test)
- Leverage technical expertise to Architect, Design and Implement- Custom software solutions - greenfield and brownfield
- Integration Platform Solutions
- Integration Platform Migration Solutions
- Liaise effectively between clients, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely delivery
- Assess Client requirements and scope and recommend appropriate solutions
- Design Conceptual and Technical architecture
- Ensure project quality meets high technical standards
- Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery
- Support the team in defining technical, operational and user requirements
- Oversee the timely and effective resolution of client issues
- Work under general guidance and direction, but fully independent in own work with latitude for autonomous decision-making related to work process
- Travel as needed. You may be required to travel based on presales and project demands
