Responsibilities
Provide consultation and skin analysis prior to treatments
Provide body and facial waxing/tinting services, facial treatments, manicures and pedicures and spa rituals
Suggests treatment plans for future re-bookings.
Provide massage services to guests using props and/or products.
Provide body treatments to guests using body scrubs, wraps, and/or hydrotherapy.
Arrange workstation, treatment room, and/or drapes.
Maintain cleanliness of workstation and/or treatment room throughout shift, dispose of trash and dirty linens, and secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift
Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy) before beginning service.
Qualifications
Recent experience as a massage therapist
Experience and confidence in spa treatments such as facials, massage and body treatments
Previous experience in a 5 star Hotel Property (highly regarded)
Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Certificate IV in Massage
You have excellent personal presentation standards and strong communication skills
Able to anticipate guests needs and build genuine connection
Reception experience in a similar environment is highly advantageous
