Morphettville Racecourse is proud to be South Australia's largest and premier racing club, playing host to more than 40 days of racing action throughout the year at Morphettville Racecourse. Our employees are spread throughout Hospitality, Events, Administration, Operations, and the Club's external entertainment venue - The Junction.

Our 1873 Restaurant offers a premium dining experience with exceptional views overlooking the Adelaide Hills, the finishing straight and Winning Post of Morphettville Racecourse, with a menu that honours South Australia's magnificent produce and wineries. Our conferences, functions and events offer a wide range of options for clients in our diverse range of spaces.

Located on Anzac Highway, The Junction is an upmarket venue - equipped and ready to cater for a variety of functions and events. With a function room the venue can cater for gatherings large and small. The Bistro, Sports Bar, TAB and 40 machine gaming room are open 7 days a week.

We deliver vibrant, successful, and sustainable experiences for all and our mission is to be South Australia's unique destination for racing and memorable event entertainment.

**There are multiple vacancies available across Morphettville racecourse and The Junction.**

**Your role will include**:

- **Providing high quality customer service to our members and guests**:

- **Delivering exceptional food and beverage service**:

- **Working in a diverse range of hospitality environments such as - bar, restaurant, functions**:

- **Collaborating with our kitchen and hospitality teams to deliver the Morphettville experience**

**What you will bring to the team**:

- **Food & beverage knowledge, i.e. function, restaurant and/or bar experience**:

- **Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate**:

- **A passion for growth in the hospitality industry**:

- **A desire to deliver great customer service**:

- **Ability to use initiative**:

- **An active desire to learn and develop your skills**:

- **Ability to work as part of a team**:

- **Strong attention to detail**
