My client is seeking an Underwriting Analyst to join their Corporate Solutions International Program Operations team. In this role, you will manage Captive Accounts and Complex Accounts, ensuring adherence to guidelines while fostering strong client relationships.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Serve as the main technical point of contact for international insurance programs
- Establish and maintain strong client and broker relationships
- Collaborate with Customer and Distribution Managers and Underwriters on new business acquisitions
- Provide processing instructions for prompt policy issuance and accurate records
- Resolve accounting and processing issues with key stakeholders

**About You**:

- Expertise in servicing International Programs
- Ability to autonomously manage a portfolio of work
- Leadership skills to guide junior team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- 2-5 years of Insurance experience, preferably with some underwriting exposure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and Internet; experience with additional tools is a plus
