We are looking for casual FOH staff for our exciting new restaurant.

As a member of our Front of House team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a delightful dining experience at Curry Campus. Your primary responsibilities will include:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Taking orders, providing menu recommendations, and ensuring accurate order entry.
- Delivering food and beverages
- Providing exceptional service by answering questions, handling complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure efficient order preparation and delivery.
- Maintaining a clean and organised dining area, including setting up and clearing tables.
- Handling payments and processing guest bills accurately.
- Adhering to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.

**About you**

You will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences. You will also have a love for Indian cuisine.

In addition, you will need to have the following but not limited to:

- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurants.
- Strong guest service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Willingness to learn about Japanese cuisine and the Curry Campus menu.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Right to work in Australia

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
