**The Company**:
Our client is a well-established residential home builder, working on a range of House and Land Packages, Townhouse, investment homes and Knockdown Rebuild projects all across Metro Melbourne & the Geelong Region.

Led by an experienced team of senior management, this organisation holds a strong focus on delivering a great product and service to its customers.

**Your New Role**:
With projects in the ground across Melbourne's Western suburbs, they have an impressive pipeline of work to come. There is space for an experienced Site Supervisor to join the team.
- Supervise all work onsite delivering house and land packages
- Managing the construction of 15 job sites from start to completion.
- Ensure quality of work throughout all stages of construction within set deadlines. Driving all jobs from start-to-finish
- Manage & negotiate with sub-contractors. While coordinating their presence on site.
- Ensure homes are built to specifications, legal requirements & meet council laws.
- Monitor and confirm that ETS is within budgeted parameters

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- A proven track record of delivering consistent projects to deadlines within allocated budgets;
- Experience working on house and land packages **(volume experience)**:

- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills across both internal and external stakeholders;
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for high-quality finishes;
- Comprehensive understanding of BCA and Rescode;
- Vibrant, approachable and positive personality with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- An aptitude for management and leadership and being technically minded.
- A holder of a White card
