Our client, Hino Motor sales, is an international heavy automotive parts DC. The facility is state of the art and only a couple of years old. As well as thoroughly modern amenities, all equipment, including MHE - forklifts, stockpickers, pallet runners, etc. - are brand new. The facility is fully electronic with all activities under the AS400 WMS run by RF scanners.

The roles on offer will become permanent however will start on a temp to perm basis. You both like what you see then the choice is yours as the right applicants _will be_ made permanent.

We understand that you are likely working casually elsewhere. With that in mind, initial interviews will be by video. As well, part of the process will be a short "meet and greet" onsite at Hino so as to give applicants the feel of the opportunity.

Though a decent sized DC, this is a tighter, more personal site than the many large, multi-shift and high pressure 3rd party contract DCs which dominant the area.

To be considered for these roles applicants must have a current LO licence. If you've also an LF so much the better. The daily work involves:

- Picking via RF
- Putaway
- Receiving
- Stocktaking
- General warehouse maintenance as required

Shift times are 08:30 to 17:00 avoiding the traffic associated with many of the shift times of the general area. Overtime is available and is run as "early overtime" (a 06:30 start for example).

The workplace culture sees pizza days, KFC days as well as BBQs and after work social functions.

These positions are all day shift work and immediate start.

Hourly rates are well above award **$34.50ph** (permanent rates at site $34.20ph+).
