**Our Specialties**
- Defence Projects, Water Reservoirs, Warehouses, Power Station Shutdown work, Industrial Roofing Work, Education Buildings, Apartments, Fall Protection and Safety Systems, Roof and Wall Cladding, Fascia, Guttering and Downpipes._

Your Role
- Supervise and coordinate the work of roofing teams on various projects.
- Installation of commercial and industrial metal roofing, wall cladding, guttering/downpipes, roof penetration flashings and skylights.
- Installation of height safety systems including but not limited to; Access platforms, Ladder systems, Anchor Points, Static Lines, Walkways and Handrails to new and existing sites.
- Communicate regularly with project managers, contractors, and clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
- Lead, manage and mentor tradespersons and apprentices.
- Conduct site measures, planning of jobs, liaise with suppliers and ordering of Materials.
- Carry out safety audits, toolbox talks, quality ITPs and site coordination meetings.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Minimum 3 years experience in a previous roofing supervisory role
- Experience in supervising and delivering commercial roofing projects in excess of $500,000.
- Oversee, manage and deliver roofing projects onsite from beginning to end.
- Effective onsite management of all site resources including staff and equipment
- Excellent people skills and ability to motivate and inspire other team members.
- Must be able to communicate with Builders, clients and suppliers in a friendly professional manner.
- Willing to work overtime if required
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace
- Self-motivated, organised, punctual and reliable.

- General Construction Induction card
- Drivers licence
- Metal Roofing Trade Qualification
- Desirable:_
- MEWP under 11m
- High risk work licence (WP, DG, SB)
- IRATA or SPRAT certification

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
