2IC leading into Practice Manager Role

Full time/Permanent Part Time: $28 - $31 / Hour

Our practice located in REGENTS PARK has an exciting new opportunity for a positive and motivated 2IC to work alongside Practice Manager to lead, manage and drive it to a new level.

We are currently looking for a friendly, professional and organised 2IC moving into a Practice Manager role to join our team based in REGENTS PARK. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a reputable, multicentre organisation alongside friendly staff and patients. We are an action-orientated company characterised by commitment and achievement. This role will be PERMANENT PART TIME leading into FULL TIME.

This person must show a positive attitude, commitment, strong dedication, enthusiasm and great communication skills ensuring customer service is to the highest standard.

What we are looking for in this role is someone who possesses:

- Willingness to learn and work as a team.

**Previous experience within General Practice.**
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to motivate your team members and maintain a positive working environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude and willingness to get the job done in a fast paced & challenging environment.
- Dependable and reliable in character and possess a strong work ethic.Experience in Best Practice medical software will be highly regarded.

**Requirements/Areas of responsibility**:

- Front Desk Support
- Knowledge of Medicare systems
- Identifying and troubleshooting daily operational issues

**Salary**: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
