Servicing more than 50 remote and rural Queensland communities, they are a vibrant not-for-profit organisation with strong community connections and a commitment to supporting healthier people.Position Description:In this role, you will:Assess and treat a wide range of foot conditions, including those related to diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, and peripheral vascular disease.Provide education to patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and disability management.Collaborate with specialists to develop comprehensive care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.This role includes outreach travel with occasional overnight stays to surrounding communities.
