- Temporary Full Time for up to 12 months
- Salary ranging from $87,493 to $96,540 pa + Super and Annual Leave Loading
We are recruiting now to fill a temporary vacancy for up to 12 months for the role of Relieving Registrar - Newcastle Hub. The occupant of this role is required to work at Newcastle, Scone and Singleton court locations.
A talent pool may be created to fill future ongoing and temporary vacancies for the roles of Registrar / Office Manager / Relieving Registrar within the Newcastle Hub (Muswellbrook, Maitland, Cessnock, Raymond Terrace, Newcastle) that arise over the next 12 to 18 months.
**The role**
You will be responsible for a team delivering high quality and professional services to clients. Supervising the team, you will promote a positive working environment that values ethical behaviour and good performance whilst meeting statutory and administrative obligations.
Applicants must hold a current Australian Drivers Licence
Travel to other locations within the hub may be required and may include overnight stays.
**What you'll do**
Leading the team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing, developing and motivating staff in a fast paced and challenging environment
- Implementing procedures and training to ensure staff are adequately equipped to ensure best practices and standards are provided to clients
- Constantly implementing processes and procedures which are always up to date with legislation
- Dealing with staff issues and providing feedback or counselling to staff
- Adapting to work in different jurisdictions
