Commercial Housekeeping Supervisor

Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa is located on the world-famous Cable Beach in Broome, far north Western Australia.

Our property has 225 rooms of varying styles, 4 restaurants, pool side bars, tour desk, Resort Shop and Day Spa.We are looking for an experienced Commercial Housekeeping Supervisor to join our high achieving Housekeeping Team.
The successful applicant will be employed on a casual basis on rotating rosters.
You will be responsible for assisting the Executive Housekeeper with directing and overseeing all housekeeping staff.The main duties of this role will include:Checking all rooms cleaned by the Room Attendants to ensure they meet Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa standardsSupervise and direct Team Leaders, Room Attendants and House Persons accordinglyEnsuring productivity and daily schedules are adhered toAssisting in the day to day training of Room Attendants to ensure correct cleaning procedures and chemical usageConsult Housekeeping Management on personnel matters including hiring, evaluating, suspending, and training personnelMonitor allocations of arrivalsOur ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:Previous supervisory experience in a commercial cleaning environment is preferredExcellent communication skills and telephone mannerThe ability to work weekends and public holidaysPrevious experience in a similar Resort or Hotel environment will be highly regardedWhat's on offer:$76,515 SalaryGreat working conditionsDiscounts for all resort facilitiesCable Beach Club Resort is one of Australia's most highly-awarded resort holiday destinations, offering superb career opportunities in the hospitality industry for staff that are committed to the pursuit of excellence.Please submit your application today or visit our careers site for further information. applicants with full Australian work rights should apply.
