What this role looks like
This is a unique position supporting our Principal Dentist. It's a mix of dental assisting and executive-level support:
4 days as a Dental Assistant
Be the dedicated chairside assistant for the Principal Dentist
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and daily setups to ensure smooth clinical operations
Anticipate and support the dentist's needs during treatment
Help manage the dentist's day-to-day flow and ensure patients feel well cared for throughout their visit
1 day as an Executive Assistant
Handle admin and backend tasks for the Principal Dentist
Prepare reports, letters, and emails (good written English is a bonus)
Assist with organisation and projects that support the smooth running of the clinic
Who we're looking for
No dental experience? No problem – full training provided
Organised, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks
Friendly and approachable - able to build trust with patients and the Principal Dentist
Ability to commute
: You must be able to reliably travel to the clinic location each day
