We have 2 positions to fill for our 2025 January intake. We are looking to hire1 position in **Adelaide **and 1 in **Brisbane**. No other locations are being considered at this stage.

As part of this interview process you will be expected to complete a pre recorded Video interview.

We have trained over 150 CRAs in this Development Program in recent years, many of whom have gone on to Senior CRA, Clinical Project Manager, Line Manager and many more positions within IQVIA's growing community.

**About the CRA DP program, what can I expect**:

- Full-time, dedicated training program with classroom and practical learning elements
- Comprehensive CRA training curriculum
- Training on ICH GCP and local Ethics and Regulatory Environment requirements
- Opportunity to learn from experienced CRAs, Line Managers, Quality Managers

**Skills and experience required**:

- Bachelor's degree in health care or other life-science disciplines is required
- Experience in a clinical research position (In-house CRA, Clinical Trials Assistant or Clinical Trials Coordinator) is desirable
- Basic understanding of clinical research governing principles such as ICH-GCP and the ethical and regulatory frameworks in Australia/New Zealand
- Fluency in English, excellent verbal and written communication skills required to function within a professional work environment
- Demonstrable problem-solving, critical thinking and time management skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients
